The Company's capital at 30 April 2008 consists of 6,869,049 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each and 24,956,242 'C' ordinary shares of 5p each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in ProVen Growth & Income VCT plc is 31,825,291.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ProVen Growth & Income VCT plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
