Company announcement No. 16/2008 Danske Bank A/S has issued TRY 100,000,000 Notes as senior unsecured debt. The issue will settle for the first time on 30 April 2008 with accrued interest from 15 January 2008. The issue is a bullet loan with a nominal rate of interest of 17.25% and maturity date of 15 January 2010. The Notes are available in denominations of TRY 5,000 (approximately DKK 19,000).
