CPA Appoints Stephen Kong to CPA's North American Legal Services Team
ALEXANDRIA, VA--(Marketwire - April 30, 2008) - CPA, a leading provider of legal outsourcing
services, today announced that Stephen Kong has joined as a litigation
subject matter expert and pre-sales consultant for CPA Legal Services -
North America.
Mr. Kong joins with extensive experience in both the private and government
sectors of the legal field. Prior to joining CPA, Mr. Kong was the Deputy
General Counsel and former Acting General Counsel at the U.S. Small
Business Administration. In the private sector Mr. Kong was a litigation
attorney at Proskauer Rose LLP and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP in New
York City. He also served as a law clerk for Chief Judge Judith S. Kaye on
the New York State Court of Appeals.
At CPA, Mr. Kong is responsible for due diligence checks at client sites as
well as technical expertise for legal procedures involved in outsourced
legal work. He will act as a consultant on legal operations to both sales
teams and clients. Stephen will oversee the legal aspects of all
outsourcing projects from start date to completion.
