OAKDALE, CA--(Marketwire - May 1, 2008) - Oak Valley Community Bank (OTCBB: OVYB) announced today that Elias Reyna has joined the bank as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager in the Bank's Turlock branch, located on Geer Road.

Reyna brings seven years of banking experience and a long history with the community to the Bank. He has volunteered for many organizations including Merced Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He attended the California State University, Stanislaus, receiving a degree in Finance. Elias is a lifelong resident of Merced, where he currently resides with his wife Brenda and two children Jared and Jaylen.
