THE SHARE OF TAKOMA OYJ ON OBSERVATION SEGMENT

OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki (the Exchange) has on 27 September 2007 published
a decision on trading of Takoma Oyj's shares on the observation segment on the
grounds of the rule 2.1.8 article (v) (reverse take-over). On 1 November 2007
the Exchange considered that according to the rule 2.1.8 (i) the company fails
to satisfy the Listing Requirements regarding the administration of the company
and the 
existence of the conditions for a sufficient demand and supply in order to
facilitate a reliable price formation process and the failure is deemed to be
significant. The Exchange gave Takoma Oyj six months to fulfill the Listing
Requirements after which the placement on observation segment would be
prolonged or, in addition, the Exchange can commence 
the process for delisting the Company.

The grounds for transferring the share to the observation segment regarding
rule 2.1.8 article (v) and satisfaction the Listing Requirement regarding the
administration of the company no longer exist. 

The listing of the share of Takoma Oyj on the Observation segment in continued,
because Takoma Oyj failes significantly to satisfy the Listing Requirements
regarding reliable price 
formation process.
