VINX Index Information (VINX Benchmark): Adjustment of VINX Benchmark index due to the split and redemption procedure in Betsson (22/08)

Due to the split 2:1 and mandatory redemption of one share for cash payment of SEK 5 in Betsson AB ser B, OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm will act and adjust BETS B (SE0000102378) in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Sector and Benchmark and Tradable Indices”, rule 5.5 and 5.7.1 (valuation method).

The start price for BETS B in index calculation on the Ex date May 16, 2008 will be adjusted by calculated theoretical price after split and redemption based on last traded price on May 15, 2008. The number of BETS B shares in index calculation on the ex-day will be unchanged.
