Prosafe will be excluded from OBX Friday May 16th 2008.
Prosafe will carry out a split into two separate entities by distributing 90.1% of the shares in Prosafe Production to existing Prosafe shareholders. Provided approval from the Oslo Børs board, the first listing day of Prosafe Production is planned for June 2nd 2008. Due to the deviation between ex-date and listing date of Prosafe Production, Prosafe will be excluded from the OBX on Friday May 16th 2008 and re-included on Monday May 19th 2008. This is in accordance with rule 4.46.6.8 (b).
Exclusion will be done at closing price May 15th 2008 and re-included at closing price May 16th 2008. The number of Prosafe shares in OBX remains unchanged.
Prosafe will also be excluded from OSEBX and OSEFX.
