As per May 31, 2008, Mr J. Buijs will step down from the Board of
Management of Wereldhave. He has by mutual agreement decided to pursue
his career elsewhere. The Supervisory Board and the Board of Management
of Wereldhave owe Mr Buijs gratitude for his achievements for
Wereldhave during the past years.
