RE: Director Declaration
Pursuant to paragraph 6.6.7 of the listing rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and paragraph 9.6.13 of the listing rules of the UK Listing Authority, Kenmare Resources plc ("the Company") hereby notifies the following in relation to Sofia Bianchi who was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 9 May 2008:
(a) Sofia Bianchi is not, and has not in the last 5 years been, a director of any other publicly quoted company.
(b) There are no further details requiring disclosure for Sofia Bianchi under paragraphs 6.6.7(2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and paragraphs 9.6.13(2) to (6) of the listing rules of the UK Listing Authority.
