RSM EquiCo Capital Markets Leads Negotiations as ThyssenKrupp Access Acquires The National Wheel-O-Vator Company


LONDON, May 15, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- ThyssenKrupp Access Corp., a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp AG, has acquired The National Wheel-O-Vator Company Inc. Transaction terms were not disclosed.

RSM EquiCo Capital Markets LLC initiated the transaction, led the negotiations and acted as the exclusive financial advisor to National Wheel-O-Vator.
