The Articles of Association of the company which will implement the interconnection project between the power systems of Poland and Lithuania were signed in Warsaw

On 19 May 2008, the Chief Executive Officers of the transmission system
operators - Lietuvos Energija AB and PSE Operator (Poland) signed the Articles
of Association of LitPol Link Sp.z o.o. - a joint venture which will carry out
the works for the implementation of the interconnection project of Lithuanian
and Polish power systems.
