DLH generated revenue of DKK 1,361 million in the first quarter of 2008, a 6%
decline on the corresponding period of last year. EBIT (profit before interest)
amounted to DKK 28 million compared to DKK 68 million last year. The decline in
revenue and profit reflects a decline in demand and prices in many of the
group's markets. Forecast annual revenue is therefore reduced by DKK 0.1
billion to DKK 5.6 billion while forecast EBIT is reduced by DKK 60 million to
DKK 160 million. DKK 580 million after tax realised from the sale of the
Building Materials Division, classed as a one-off income item.
