Equities: A-Com AB transferred back from the observation segment (113/08)

A-Com AB was placed on the observation segment on January 22, 2008 because the company did not fulfil the listing requirements regarding the competence and experience to govern a listed company. May 22, 2008, A-Com AB published their quarterly report for the first quarter and the board of the company has now been active in the company for at least 3 months.

With reference to what is stated above, OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in A-Com AB (ISIN code SE0000592677 and order book ID 4287) will be transferred back to its ordinary position.

The shares will be transferred with effect from Monday, May 26th, 2008.
