Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On May 29, 2008, cominvest Asset Management GmbH, Frankfurt on the Main,
Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG and
Article 32 Section 2 InvG that via shares its Voting Rights on DF Deutsche
Forfait AG, Cologne, Germany, ISIN: DE0005488795, WKN: 548879, have fallen
below the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on May 28, 2008 and now amount to
2.9941% (this corresponds to 203600 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.4500%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 166600 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
