                              DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS                               



The company has been advised that, on 30 May 2008, Mark Elliott, a director of  
the company, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of G4S plc at the price of US$4.49 
per share for 15,000 shares and US$4.48 per share for the remaining 10,000      
shares.                                                                         


As a result of this transaction, Mr Elliott's holding in the ordinary shares of 
G4S plc is now 25,000 shares.
