NewMarket China, Inc. Announces First Contract in Latin America After Launching Regional Sales Initiative in April to Augment 2008 $50 Million Revenue Forecast

Company Grew Revenue 36% in 2007 to $40 Million With Net Income Growth of 83%


DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - June 3, 2008) - NewMarket China, Inc. (OTCBB: NMCH) today announced its first contract for Latin America after launching a regional sales initiative in Brazil and Chile in April. NewMarket China has been engaged to localize a Chinese telecommunications software package for use throughout Latin America. The project is anticipated to contribute approximately $1 million to NewMarket China's 2008 revenue. NewMarket China's client anticipates a major announcement later this year with the launch of new consumer service offering based on the Chinese telecommunications software package.

NewMarket China's Latin American sales initiative is anticipated to augment the Company's previously announced forecast of $50 million in profitable revenue for 2008. The Company reported $40 million in revenue in 2007 growing 36% over 2006. Net income grew 83% from $542 thousand in 2006 to $991 thousand in 2007.

NewMarket China provides high quality software development services and digital multimedia outsourcing. The Company has already established sales providing solutions to clients in North America.
