 Friday, June 6, 2008 was the last trading day for UES (Unified Energy Systems).
At the end of trading EOS Russia owned 2% of outstanding common shares in UES.
EOS Russia's portfolio constituted of UES shares to more than 99%. EOS will now
calculate its daily NAV based on the shares it will receive in the pro-rata
break-up of UES. Shares that are listed will be valued using the mid-price at
RTS in Moscow. Shares that are not yet listed will be valued using mid-prices of
Deutsche Bank certificates representing the underlying share. A detailed
