                              DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS                               



The company has been advised that, on 11 June 2008, Nick Buckles, a director of 
G4S plc exercised an executive share option over 72,901 ordinary shares of G4S  
plc at an exercise price of £1.0798 per share and on the same date Mr Buckles   
sold 51,493 of those shares at £2.1325 per share.                               


As a result of these transactions, Mr Buckles' interests in the ordinary shares 
of G4S plc is now 1,367,062.
