Listing procedure initiated for JSC “Norvik banka” bonds

Riga Stock Exchange on June 19, 2008 received an application from JSC “Norvik
Banka”  requesting listing of bonds on the RSE  Bonds' List (33,700 notes with
nominal value EUR 100). 

The RSE Management Board's resolution on listing will be made public
immediately after it has been made.
