LBi opens offices in Beijing

Stockholm/Amsterdam, 27 June 2008

LBI International AB ("LBi"), the global marketing and technology
agency, has opened offices in China. LBi agency MetaDesign has been
working with Volkswagen on the redevelopment and design of VW's
dealerships in China as part of a global realignment of the brand at
its dealerships, and as a result of the success of this work, the LBi
MetaDesign offices are now officially open in Beijing's Central
Business District.

Henri Garbers has joined the LBi MetaDesign office as Managing
Director, with responsibility for establishing and managing the new
site. The 33-year-old interior and furniture designer already has
considerable international experience, as a team leader for IKEA in
Italy, and as founder and General Manager of Interior-lighting-colour
in Cologne, Hong Kong and Beijing. With a three-member team and the
support of designers from LBi's MetaDesign office in Berlin, he will
lead the development and implementation of several Volkswagen
dealerships in Beijing and Xi'an. Henri will also  take
responsibility for LBi MetaDesign's business development activities
in greater
China.
