RTX Telecom sells wholly owned subsidiary RTX Healthcare

RTX Telecom has today concluded an agreement on the sale of its wholly owned
subsidiary RTX Healthcare on 27 June 2008 to one of the world's leading
providers of telehealth solutions.

The sale is in line with the focus strategy and turn-around process for RTX
Telecom, where it has been decided to divest the group's telehealth and medico
activities and concentrate the efforts on development and production of
advanced solutions and products for the professional market for
telecommunication.

RTX Healthcare has, over the past three years, successfully developed
FDA-approved wireless units for remote monitoring and transmission of
information on patients with chronic illnesses.

For confidential reasons, it is not possible to disclose the name of the buyer.

The purchase sum is a combination of a cash payment and an earn-out payment,
depending on the development of the company during the next 24 months.

RTX Healthcare will maintain continuity of its customer relationships under the
new ownership. The buyer also wishes to maintain RTX Healthcare's presence in
Northern Jutland and to create growth through geographical expansion of sales,
investments in additional capacity and technological development.

The agreement does not entail any adjustments to the expectations for the
current financial year announced earlier. For FY 2007/08 as a whole, the
continuing activities are thus still expected to generate a net turnover of DKK
240 - 270 million and an operating profit/loss (EBIT) in the range from a
negative DKK -30 million to a negative DKK -15 million.

Best regards,
RTX Telecom A/S
