Ken Archer Joins Juma Board of Directors

FARMINGDALE, NY--(Marketwire - July 1, 2008) - Juma Technology Corp (OTCBB: JUMT), a leading IP Convergence and systems integration firm, today announced the appointment of Ken Archer to its Board of Directors. Mr. Archer brings over 27 years of channel sales and management experience in the technology sector.

Ken Archer is currently the President of Prime Communications, a New Jersey-based communications integrator. Mr. Archer is the immediate past Vice-President of North American Channels for Avaya, where he was credited with the creation of a multi-channel strategy that grew the company's indirect business and extended Avaya's sales reach in the marketplace. In 2007, Mr. Archer was recognized by VAR Business as one of the most strategic and influential channel executives in the industry. He was ranked #3 out of the top 60 executives evaluated. Prior to Avaya, Mr. Archer held various positions with increasing responsibility at Hewlett Packard Company. He headed the Direct Response Channel for HP, where he was responsible for the largest producing channel partners in Hewlett Packard's Solutions Partners Organization. Mr. Archer's team produced in excess of $3.6 billion dollars of revenue (FY '04).

Ken Archer holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from West Chester University; an Executive MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University; and an International Business Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson/Wroxton College UK.
