Completion of MS Fantaasia sale

Tallink Line Ltd., a subsidiary of AS Tallink Grupp and Boa RoRo AS of          
Trondheim, Norway have today completed the sale of M/S Fantaasia.               

Tallink Line Ltd. sold M/S Fantaasia at the price of EUR 17.2 million (EEK 270  
million). The profit from the sale is not significant to the consolidated       
results of AS Tallink Grupp.
