The ex-dividend date for the balance of the dividend on the Unibail-Rodamco shares, of €1.90 per share payable on July 15, 2008, will be on July 10, 2008, (on opening market) on Euronext Paris and Euronext Amsterdam (instead of July 8, 2008 as announced on the press release dated July 8, 2008 at 8.30 am).
From July 10, 2008, onwards, all trading of Unibail-Rodamco shares will take place on an ex-dividend basis.
