Unibail-Rodamco final 2007 dividend payable on July 15, 2008

In line with its policy of quarterly distribution, Unibail-Rodamco SA has already paid 3 interim dividends of €1,70 per share, on October 15, 2007, on January 15, 2008 and on April 15, 2008.

The balance of the dividend to be distributed for the financial year 2007 amounts to €1,90 per share.

This amount will be paid on July 15, 2008.

Following the harmonisation of the rules across all Euronext markets for dividend payments, the ex-dividend date for this balance of dividend on the Unibail-Rodamco shares will be on July 8, 2008 (on market closing) on Euronext Paris and Euronext Amsterdam. From July 9, 2008, onwards, all trading of Unibail-Rodamco shares will take place on an ex-dividend basis.
