Kungsleden selling properties for SEK 104 m

Listed Swedish property company Kungsleden AB (publ) is selling two office
properties in Linköping, south of Stockholm, and one office property in
Huddinge, near Stockholm, for a total purchase price of SEK 104 m. The sales
price exceeds book value by approximately SEK 7.5 m and acquisition value by
around SEK 8 m. This latter amount will be posted to Kungsleden's profit for
calculating dividends for 2008.
