ATHENS, GREECE--(Marketwire - July 14, 2008) - Safe Bulkers, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE : SB ), an international provider of marine drybulk transportation services,
announced today that it will release its results for the second quarter
ended June 30, 2008 after the market closes in New York on Monday, August
11, 2008.
The Company also expects to announce the declaration of a dividend for the
second quarter 2008 at that time.
On Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. EDT, the Company's management
