Communiqué from LinkMed's extraordinary meeting of shareholders

LinkMed AB (publ) held an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on July 22, 2008
at 10:00am in Stockholm. 

Shareholders at the meeting voted, as a part of the acquisition of Olerup SSP
AB, in approval of the issuance of LinkMed AB convertibles, by means of which
the company will borrow a maximum of SEK 31 million. Interest is set at 6% and
is paid quarterly. The right to subscribe is reserved solely for SSP Primers AB.
Payment will be made through contribution in kind in the form of shares in
Olerup SSP AB.   Conversion may be requested from the date of registration at
the Swedish Companies Registration Office until and including June 30, 2013. The
conversion rate shall be 150% of the average share price of the LinkMed share
for the period June 9 to July 18, 2008, which was SEK 29.34.
