In accordance with Section 3 of the Articles of Association of Orion Corporation, 500,000 A-shares have been converted into 500,000 B-shares. The conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 28 July 2008. After the conversion there are 51,440,668 A-shares and 89,817,160 B-shares in the company.
