The management of Auratio AG is pleased to announce, that, the Mexican
Investment partner Extraccion de Metalles Preciosos S.A. de CV., in
cooperation with the Auratio AG, is negotiating terms of an acquisition of
a gold mine project.
This property is located in the northwestern part of the state of Sonora
and has proper infrastructural conditions.
In addition to positive historical geological data, initial results of a
geophysical assay of the site verify a remarkable quantity of easily
extractable gold resources.
The results of analyses show easy leachable precious metals, which will
have positive effects on the expenditures and the productivity.
An initial estimate based on extensive geophysical measurements of the site
and first examinations of soil samples drawn there, have shown an
extractable occurrence of approximately 300,000 ounces of gold. Higher
quantities will be shown in a short period of time in the context of an
exploration referring to NI 43-101.
Subsequent the building of a modern plant is scheduled for the mining of
the predicted resources using a sustainable process. First negotiations to
finance the entire project have started with a very positive feedback from
potential funding partners.
The internal forecasts concerning the availability of the precious metals,
the expenditures and costs for the preparation and the production show a
scenario of a very profitable future mine.
