He has spent the last 13 years in the HR outsourcing industry, with the last four years focused on the talent acquisition and management sector, where he was a general manager for one of the top five applicant tracking system (ATS) vendors.

Julien has demonstrated considerable expertise in a number of areas, including service delivery and management, sales, product management, business development and strategy. Prior to his tenure in the HR industry, he held a number of positions in operations management at a large national insurance carrier. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California at Irvine.
