I-D Media AG will not meet the sales target set for the 2008 financial
year. In the 2007 annual report, sales of 13 million euros were forecast.
Mid-year sales will probably come in at 5 million euros and earnings
(EBITDA) at approx. minus 1.6 million euros. Based on the current
information, sales of approx. 10 million euros and negative earnings are
expected for the 2008 financial year 2008.

The intensive acquisition of potential new clients, as well as activities
with ongoing clients, are still characterised by a large number of offers,
which have not yet been sufficiently turned into calculable contracts.
Furthermore, the first half-year of 2008 has been affected by additional
restructuring expenditures.
