Ruukki Group Plc's board member Tom Borman has resigns from the Board of
Directors on 2 August 2008. Mr. Borman wants to concentrate on his other
business interests and on his family. Consequently, the Board of Directors of
Ruukki Group Plc will have four members up until the next shareholders' meeting.
