CommonHealth Invests in Shared Services Staff

PARSIPPANY, NJ--(Marketwire - August 5, 2008) - CommonHealth (www.commonhealth.com), the

(www.wpp.com) company, today announced two promotions and four new hires.
Promotions
Michael Pomerantz has been promoted from manager of enterprise applications
to director of enterprise applications. In his new position, Mr. Pomerantz
will oversee the development, implementation, and support of all enterprise
systems at CommonHealth. Mr. Pomerantz has worked at CommonHealth for over
four years.
Lou Pellegrini has advanced from network system analyst to technical
support manager. In his new role, Mr. Pellegrini will be responsible for
hardware setup and deployment, inventory, procurement, software licensing
and Help Desk management. Mr. Pellegrini has been a CommonHealth employee
for two years.
New Hires
Elizabeth Pobihun joins CommonHealth as a senior accountant. In this
position, Ms. Pobihun will be responsible for various general ledger
reconciliations, journal entries, month-end closing processes, and account
analyses. Before joining CommonHealth, Ms. Pobihun was a senior accountant
at ADP, a business-solutions company located in Parsippany.
Mel Datta comes to CommonHealth as a senior systems analyst. In this role,
he will be responsible for financial systems design, testing,
modifications, setup and support. Previously, Mr. Datta was employed as a
senior enterprise resource planning consultant for Tommy Hilfiger, a
clothing designer and manufacturer.
Susan Mossucco joins CommonHealth as a financial administrator. Ms.
Mossucco will be responsible for accounts receivable, with a focus on
client satisfaction. Prior to joining CommonHealth, Ms. Mossucco was
employed at Weichert Relocation Resources, Inc., an employee relocation and
assignment management services company located in Morris Plains.
Jason Booth joins CommonHealth as an enterprise application administrator.
Mr. Booth will be accountable for all aspects of the enterprise systems and
various software accounts for the organization. Previously, Mr. Booth
worked for ASCO Valve Inc., a designer and manufacturer of solenoid valves
located in Florham Park.
