Livingston Joins King & Spalding's Business Litigation Group

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - August 5, 2008) - King & Spalding, a leading international law
firm, announced today that Jeffrey E. Livingston has joined the firm's
business litigation group as counsel. Resident in the firm's New York
office, his practice will focus on securities litigation, corporate
governance and white collar defense.

Livingston joins King & Spalding from CA, Inc. (formerly Computer
Associates International, Inc.), a leading IT management software company,
where he served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Prior
to this, he was a partner at Gilbert Segall & Young, until the firm merged
with Holland & Knight in 2001.
Livingston served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern
District of New York, Criminal Division, from 1977 through 1982. He also
served on the Board of Directors of Telecom Italia, a multi-national
telecommunications company.
In 1996, Livingston was the Republican Party nominee for the United States
Congress in the 14th Congressional District in New York and in 1994 was the
Republican Party nominee for State Assembly, 67th Assembly District in New
York.
Livingston earned a J.D. from the New York University School of Law and his
B.A. from the University of Rochester.
