Blake Krikorian, CEO of Sling Media, Joins BitGravity Board of Directors and Initial Investment Round

(www.BitGravity.com), provider of next-generation Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) for interactive broadcasting, today announced that Blake Krikorian, Sling Media's co-founder and CEO, has taken a seat on BitGravity's Board of Directors and joined other investors in BitGravity's initial funding. Founded in 2006, BitGravity launched the first affordable HD and Live CDN, and recently announced a strategic global partnership with Tata Communications.

Previously, he founded and served as CEO of id8 Group Holdings, where he advised companies such as Microsoft, AT&T, Toshiba and Time Warner on product strategy and invested in new product creation. Mr. Krikorian also played an instrumental role in creating and defining products and partnerships at General Magic and at Philips Mobile Computing Group, a company he also co-founded. Mr. Krikorian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.

Mr. Krikorian will assume his board role with BitGravity immediately. BitGravity board members include CEO and co-founder Perry Wu and CTO and co-founder Barrett Lyon.
