D'Amico comes to Juma from Avaya, where he served as Senior Manager for the Infrastructure Division for the Northeast Region and Great Lakes.

D'Amico will assume responsibilities for the overall management of Juma's Operations Department. He is charged with overseeing client implementations, project management and the Company's Customer Service Center.

Vincent D'Amico maintains nearly forty years of experience in the telecommunications and services industry. During that time, he has held key operation management positions at AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Expanets, where he led various service divisions for the New York City and Long Island region. Upon Avaya's acquisition of Expanents, D'Amico took over Avaya's Infrastructure Division for the Northeast Region and Great Lakes, where his team generated $70 million in annual revenue. D'Amico played professional baseball in the Los Angeles Dodgers system prior to joining New York Telephone as a Technician in 1970.
