Release of a Voting Rights announcement

As of June 24, 2008, Artio Global Investors Inc., New York, USA, (formerly
Julius Baer Americas Inc.) informed us that their notice dated April 20,
2007 pursuant to sec. 21. para 1 WpHG released by us on April 26, 2007 must
read as follows: the percentage holding of voting rights of Artio Global
Investors Inc., New York, USA, (formerly Julius Baer Americas Inc.) in
MediClin AG has exceeded the threshold of 5% on April 18, 2007 and on that
day amounted to 5.03% (equivalent to 1,582,979 voting rights) in relation
to the total number of voting rights. The voting rights in the amount of
5.03% (equivalent to 1,582,979 voting rights) are entirely attributable to
Artio Global Investors Inc., New York, USA, (formerly Julius Baer Americas
Inc.) pursuant to sec. 22 para.1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG. Voting rights of Julius Baer International
Equity Fund, New York, USA, whose voting rights in MediClin AG amount to 3%
or more were attributed.
