Volker Neumüller withdraws from 313music JWP AG Board
Remains MD of the 313 Music GmbH subsidiary

Munich, August 12, 2008 – Volker Neumüller (38) has as part of the ongoing
restructuring measures resigned with immediate effect from his office as a
member of the Management Board of 313music JWP AG. He had been a member
since September 2007 and played a strong role in the integration of the new
artist management business segment.

Volker Neumüller remains MD of 313 Music GmbH, Berlin, which he founded in
2004. In April 2007, 313music JWP AG acquired a 51% stake in that company.

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board would like to thank him for his
dedicated efforts while a member of the Management Board.
