We, Golden Peaks Capital Management Ltd., Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
hereby give you notice as follows:
We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on
12.08.2008 the voting interest of Golden Peaks Capital Management Ltd. in
Schaltbau Holding AG go below the threshold of 10% and amounts to 9.73%
(181,933 voting rights) on this day.
9.73% of the voting rights (181,933 voting rights) are attributable to
Golden Peaks Capital Mangement Ltd. in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
Voting rights attributed to us are directly held by Golden Peaks Active
Value Master Fund Ltd..
We, GoldenPeaks Active Value Master Fund Limited, Grand Cayman, Cayman
Islands hereby give you notice as follows:
We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on
12.08.2008 the voting interest of Golden Peaks Active Value Master Fund
Ltd. in Schaltbau Holding AG go below the threshold of 10% and amounts to
9.37% (181,933 voting rights) on this day.
We, Altamira Holding AG, Zug, Switzerland, hereby give notice, pursuant to
sec. 21 para. 1 of the WPHG, that on 12.08.2008 the voting interest of
Altamira Holding AG in Schaltbau Holding AG go below the threshold of 10%
and amounts to 9.73% (181,933 voting rights) on this day.
9.73% of the voting rights (181,933 voting rights) are attributable to
Altamira Holding AG in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the
WpHG in connection with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
Voting rights attributed to us are directly held by Golden Peaks Active
Value Master Fund Ltd. signature.
I, Adriano Agosti, Switzerland, hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21
para. 1 of the WPHG, that on 12.08.2008 the voting interest of Adriano
Agosti in Schaltbau Holding AG go below the threshold of 10% and amounts
to 9.73% (181,933 voting rights) on this day.
9.73% of the voting rights (181,933 voting rights) are attributable to
Adriano Agosti in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG
in connection with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
