Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On August 20, 2008 , Mr Dietmar Bremm, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Kunert AG, Immenstadt, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006341902, WKN:
634190, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on August 20, 2008 
and now amount to 3.04% (this corresponds to 114956 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.47% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 93331 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Bremm.
