Elekta will publish its three months interim report 2008/09 on Thursday
September 18 at around 13.00 CET and a telephone conference will be held the
following day, Friday September 19, at 10.00 CET.

Tomas Puusepp, President and CEO, and Håkan Bergström, CFO, will comment the
first quarter results and answer questions.
