Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On August 27, 2008, Tudor Capital U.K., L.P., Great Burg, Epsom Surrey, UK,
the Investment Manager of the Fonds, The Tudor BVI Global Portfolio L.P.,
George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, British West Indies, has
informed us according to section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that on August 19,
2008 Tudor Capital U.K., L.P.'s Voting Rights on TAG Tegernsee Immobilien
u. Beteiligungs AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0008303504, WKN: 830350,
have fallen below the threshold of 3% of Voting Rights and at that time the
company held 2.74% (equivalent to 893,809 Voting Rights).
The voting rights (2.74% (equivalent to 893,809)) are to be ascribed to the
Tudor Capital U.K., L.P. Great Burg, Epsom Surrey, UK, pursuant to section
22, para. 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.
On August 27, 2008 Tudor BVI GP Ltd., Great Burg, Epsom Surrey, UK, the
General Partner of The Tudor BVI Global Portfolio L.P., George Town, Grand
Cayman, Cayman Islands, British West Indies, has informed us according to
section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that on August 19, 2008 Tudor BVI GP Ltd.'s
Voting Rights on TAG Tegernsee Immobilien u. Beteiligungs AG, Hamburg,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0008303504, WKN: 830350, have fallen below the
threshold of 3% of Voting Rights and at that time the company held 2.74%
(equivalent to 893,809 Voting Rights).
The voting rights (2.74% (equivalent to 893,809)) are to be ascribed to the
Tudor BVI GP Ltd. pursuant to section 22, para. 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the
WpHG.

Cayman, Cayman Islands, British West Indies, the Fond has informed us
according to section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that on August 19, 2008 Tudor
BVI Global Portfolio L.P.'s Voting Rights on TAG Tegernsee Immobilien u.

Immobilien u. Beteiligungs AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0008303504,
WKN: 830350, have fallen below the threshold of 3% of Voting Rights and at
that time the company held 2.74% (equivalent to 893,809 Voting Rights).
The voting rights (2.74% (equivalent to 893,809)) are to be ascribed to the
Tudor Capital (UK) Ltd. pursuant to section 22, para. 1, Sentence 1, No. 6
in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
Furthermore on August 27, 2008 Tudor International L.L.C., Corporation
Service Company (CSC), Wilmington, USA, the Limited Partner of the
Investment Manager Tudor Capital (U.K.) L.P., has informed us according to
section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that on August 19, 2008 Tudor International
L.L.C.'s Voting Rights on TAG Tegernsee Immobilien u. Beteiligungs AG,
Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0008303504, WKN: 830350, have fallen below
the threshold of 3% of Voting Rights and at that time the company held
2.74% (equivalent to 893,809 Voting Rights).
The voting rights (2.74% (equivalent to 893,809)) are to be ascribed to the
Tudor International L.L.C. pursuant to section 22, para. 1, Sentence 1, No.
6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
