Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Grundstücksverwaltungs-AG, Köln, Deutschland has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Fernheizwerk Neukölln AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005767909, WKN:
576790, have fallen below the 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on
September 02, 2008  and now amount to 2.999% (this corresponds to 68999
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 3 of the WpHG, 2.999%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 68999 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from Riebeck-Brauerei von 1862 AG.
