Lerøy Seafood Group ASA has September 4th 2008 purchased 20,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 76.90 per share as a part of the Group's incentive programme for employees.
After this transaction Lerøy Seafood Group ASA owns the total of 60,000 own shares.
