Internationally Recognized Sports Life Coach Carlette Patterson Announces New Workshops Focused on Improving Lives


PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - September 8, 2008) - Carlette Patterson, an internationally recognized sports life coach with more than 20 years of senior leadership in amateur, collegiate and professional sports organizations, announced her new 2008 Fall and 2009 Winter workshop schedule developed specifically for non-athletes looking to find their inner champion and better manage everyday pressures and routines of life.

Patterson's workshops are geared towards improving the lives of both men and women. The compelling workshops are created to empower people by using Ms. Patterson's depth of experience and knowledge of the sports paradigm and terminology and then applying the concepts to design a personalized game plan to help her clients improve their lives and fulfill their purpose.

The workshops The Power of Purpose, Transition Coaching and Life Coaching Tools for Leadership, takes place over two days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and are independent of one another. Each workshop is limited to 10 people to provide optimum coaching for each person. The cost of each two-day workshop is $1,500 per person. Transition Coaching takes place on September 26-27 and again November 21 - 22, 2008. The workshop is suitable for anyone facing major changes either professionally or personally in their lives or for someone who works with people in transition. The program is ideal for those needing to accept, create and sustain a positive outlook during life's most difficult transitions.

Life Coaching Tools for Leadership will be held October 10 - 11, 2008, January 9 - 10 and again on March 13 - 14, 2009. This workshop is ideal for anyone with the responsibility of empowering and leading teams of people, suitable for corporate managers, team leaders, and anyone in a leadership role. ABOUT PATTERSON SPORTS VENTURES - Carlette Patterson and her late husband, Steve Patterson created Patterson Sports Ventures (PSV) in 1999. Steve Patterson passed away in 2004 after battling cancer.
