Solar has purchased treasury shares:

Trading period: 5 - 9 September 2008
Number of shares: 36,775
Average transaction price: 366.97
Share price in DKK: 13,495,322

As a result of the above-mentioned transactions, Solar owns a total of 523,220
Solar B shares of DKK 100 nominally, corresponding to 7.18% of the share
capital and 3.40% of the votes.
