Share programme - mandatory notification of trades * corr

Lerøy Seafood Group ASA has today sold 31,000 own shares at NOK 64 per share as part of an annual share programme for employees in Lerøy Seafood Group.

The share programme allows the employees to purchase up to 120 LSG shares at a 20 percent discount. After this transaction Lerøy Seafood Group ASA owns the total of 29,000 own shares.

As part of the share programme, primary insiders have purchased shares each at NOK 51.20 per share. The primary insiders` share purchase and new balance of LSG shares are displayed in the attachment.
