Serabi Mining advises that it has been notified that following a disposal of shares, Majedie Asset Management Limited has reduced its holding in the issued share capital of the company and now has an interest of 1,433,133 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 1.02% of the ordinary shares in issue.
