(Pink Sheets:TDEY) is pleased to announce that the Company's shareholders will receive a dividend of one share of AFA Music Group, a subsidiary of 3D Eye Solutions, for every 10 shares of 3D Eye Solutions that they own. The Company has placed a value of $10 on each share of AFA Music Group. Shareholders must own a minimum of 10 shares of 3D Eye Solutions, Inc. by a certain date to be announced in the near future.
